When customers like your motives, they’ll want to do more business with you. In a clothing store, Haemen, the employee who was helping me, said, “I’m the Manager here, I have admin stuff that I have to do, but what I enjoy doing is putting wardrobes together for customers. This is fun for me…” Result – I ended up buying three suits in one visit. Be aware that if you don’t enjoy your job, you customer will know it by your body language. Everyone loses. If you want to enjoy something more, study it, and master it. Interested equals interesting.
